We are a bit concerned about the Post situation.  We went to the post office in Sabinillas last week and gave our name and address to the lady behind the desk who went away and eventually came back and tried to give us a letter for someone with the same surname in block 9.  There was no post for us which is a concern incase any bills arrive.  We are particularly concerned regarding the El Hacho situation.   I have sent an email to AEA regarding this as it's the first time that we've had no post.  Usually we have been able to look in the various post boxes ourselves and have found some of our letters have been mis-filed.  However, on this occasion we were not given that opportunity.  I can understand the security reasons for not allowing individuals to search the post boxes, but there needs to be a better arrangement.

Maybe the AGM will resolve when Post Boxes are discussed.

In nearly 12 months I've only ever had one item in the post.  So about one dozen items went astray.  I call at the PO on every visit.

It was insecure previously.   Having apartment  post boxes is the only answer to this long standing issue.

This is obviously a real problem for all.  It must be clarified at the AGM what is to happen about the post boxes.  If AEA (or any other management company the community appoint) are to have a permanent office in DV then there should be provision for a permanent mail solution.  That is obviously subject to the local post office (Correos???) delivering to a specified location.

This is definitely a point that should be raised at the AGM and should be put on the agenda.
