Hi we use a company called Casa Iris it is run by two UK guys and they are superb.
They charge $65 eu per month if they clean regardless of how many change overs you have in a month, within this cost they also do key holding and meet and greet . If you dont have a clean during the month they do not charge but will still do key holding for you.
They are the best cost we have found and are beyond helpfull to both us and anyone we have staying out there. We do not rent out as such but have friends and family who use it so when they want to go we do not have to worry about getting keys to them as they will sort this out and clean afterwards.
