Dear all

After all the ups and downs, hopes and promises we really do feel it is all coming together, at last, especially with the letter suggesting that the town centre is being started and should be ready in 12 months, well before the sping and summer period of 2009 with Polaris trying to improve their communication.

We completed on the 16th January and ordered most of the furniture, air-con white goods etc. The utilities were connected within 30 days and Polaris fitted We took a few bits and pieces in our luggage in particular the curtains and blinds which we had made in the UK. We also took fabric wadding and lots of staples to make our own headboards.

In a very busy week starting 8th March we just and only just managed to get everything cleaned, fitted out and ready to use. We have our first rental going to Casa Lago in April and really looking forward to our first holiday by which the tempory town centre and golf course will be open.

Hi all,   Glad everything seems to be moving in the right direction and the negative reports are definatley becoming less aparent.  I am coming out tomorrow (26th March ) to complete on Phase 1.  Successfully managed to delay completion until then...which has not been easy.  Can anyone confirm if 26th, 27th &28th are National Holidays in Spain??  Also I would really like to meet somebody on the resort on 27th or 28th March who are running key holding services...If someone is interested in meeting to discuss this please contact me to arrange a time and a place to discuss this opportunity.  Thanks.
