Hi,

I have bought over at hacienda, does anyone have any idea of what sort of costs involved for getting someone to snag for me?

Also what's included in the service for the cost, im new to this and want to know that this is the right way to go

We used Ian Davis of Quattro Property Management and they charge 235 euros for an initial inspection and then the follow up visits to confirm PW have rectified any mistakes.

They are based on HR and know what they are doing & communicate well to keep you informed.
