We have just returned from Roda to say we are in need of a rest is an understatement. We are in Block 64 phaze 3 we went over for the Easter week we had our furniture delivered the week before. The apartment was in need of a good clean so we spent the first 2 days cleaning only to find that the floor had not been polished. They sent a cleaner with a floor sander type thing so we had to move all the furniture to allow her to clean properly. We then had to clean again. We had been told that the apartment had been cleaned that's why we installed furniture. If you are about to complete or have completed make sure that this has been done. We had Roda install air-con which they had to come and spent 2 hours fixing. We now have a list of snagging items that's as long as my arm, all small items but it would appear that nobody from Roda checks that all things are done and done properly. Sorry to be so negitive but the good news is that the place looks great the course is amazing and once all the small problems are sorted I think we will all love the place. p.s it was 75 out on our terrace on Friday afternoon before we left.
