Easyjet - Flights released to June 2010

Hi

I am pleased to say that i have received the bank Guarantee from Polaris for my first payment which was made in October. This has taken 6 -7 months a good bit longer than they said. Probably only got it as the second payment isnt too far off.

Hope others have received there Guarantee's also.

Just to say I've not had any bank guarantees, and I paid my 1st deposit back in February 2007!!

Polaris were supposed to be hosting a gathering in Liverpool this week, but it got cancelled at the last moment due to "personal family reasons" of Jose Luis Hernandez".

Hope it gets re-scheduled soon, as I would like to talk to Jose.

We are using Danil Services, but have found that you need to push them for information and paperwork such as the bank guarantees.  We received the first 2 OK but are still waiting for one from last May.  Also information they provided last October confirming start of construction of Phase 1 and 2 at Las Terrazas has proved incorrect.  I have today received a telephone call from Polaris stating that Phase 2 work has not started and they will not give a start date other than in the next few months.

I also spoke to Polaris on tuesday and was informed that phase 1 is well underway but phase 2 has not yet started. I was told that we can expect completion on phase 2 mid to late 2009. I was relieved to hear that some one else is using Danil and, like most solicitors, they only move when pushed.

With regards to bank guarantees, how many should you receive, I was only expecting 1 per property, can someone please confirm?
