I was in contact today with Gesfin Management today regarding some concerns that I have had regarding lights in the complex not working etc and also regarding the recent break ins.  I was surprised to hear that the idea of having a security guard in El Rincon was broached however it was decided that there are more members that do not want a security guard than do.  Having been made aware on the forum of the break ins I am wondering whether this needs to be addressed again.  I am told that the next AGM will not be until September however I feel this should be re- addressed before then if possible.  I am interested to hear what everyone else thinks of this.

Can anyone provide me with the president/ vice presidents  names, addresses, telephone numbers, emails etc   as I do not seem to have been provided with any of this information.

Yes I am for a security guard too - presumably the cost would put some people off?
