The following information may assist you if you notice that your direct debit for your water supply has not been claimed.
Our Bank Account was last debited on the 19th January for our water bill, which meantt hat I was expecting a further bill on the 19th March. This has not materialised so I contacted Codeur in case there was a problem with claiming the payment.
In my best O Level Spanish (30 years ago!) I sent an email at 1.15pm this afternoon.
By 3.15pm I had the following reply -
The delay in the sending of the charge to the Bank is something common with all users. In the next few days, we will send it to your Bank. Do not be concerned because all is correct with your contract. If you need some other information, do not hesitate to contact us.
What a fabulous demonstration of customer service.
Having been told by Key Mare today - "just because we don't respond to emails, doesn't mean we aren't dealing with snags" - I would suggest that there are some clear lessons to be learned.
