First time driving from North West UK - Murcia

I wonder if anyone could advise us please.

We have bought on Veranda and was hoping for some advice from buyers that have already gone through this process. Is it important to attend Key Mares courtesy visit?  Has anyone not done so, and had problems? For people that have had problems, do key mare put things right promptly?

Finally, if we do decide to use a snagging company, any recommendations about who and who not to use please?

As far as snagging goes Keymare should be renamed Nightmare. We completed 10 months ago and are still waiting for a major snag to be done. The main problem is the fact that you are not out there keeping tags on them so even when they do attempt a job they don't do it right. My advice would be, if you can, don't complete until EVERYTHING is finished to your own satisfaction. If you can find a snagging company who will own the problems and manage them for you and cost is reasonable, I would recommend going down that route.
