Has anyone else received a letter from Mileniuin Levante SL?

They are calling a meeting on 2nd May regarding the management of the block.

I have spoken to Karen.  She said that these are the poeple managing block 8 & charging them a fortune for the privelege.

DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR VOTE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SADDLE US ALL WITH OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES.

Karen is going to get together some info on other agents charges & take them to the meeting.  We do not yet have our certificates of habitation and so there is no need to rush into any managment contracts.

Block 8 have been paying over 1000 Euros each for the last 2 years for a contract that includes maintenance of the pool and gardens!!!  They have not been provided with fire extinguishers (as stated in the contract).  I'm sure we could do a lot better than that.

We are sending our slip to Karen by Email & authorising her to vote on our behalf.  She said she would willingly do the same for anyone else who wishes to ensure we do not get railroaded into anything we may regret later.

Yes we received ours yesterday - we are going out on Sunday 20th for a week.  We were thinking of calling to see Karen and agree with you, there are still too many things to sort before community charges could be discussed.  Surely they would need all the buyers to complete????  I know that Karen was thinking of going back to England, has she changed her mind??

Karen hasn't changed her mind she leaves on the day after the proposed meeting. 

The problem as I see it is, that with them not making it clear that retuning those slips to them means you accept them as property managers   if they receive a large enough percentage of those slips back we could end up stuck with them.

None of the people resident have received letters (until I Emailed Karen & she copied it for everone there) I think they are relying on people abroad not understanding the system.

Darren & Jane Here 2B, just to let you know we have also backed for another management company, spoke to karen last week and we both said, pool, gardens they want money, we haven't got either of them. The pool is still a mess when we went out 2 weeks ago, apparently there is a crack and it's leaking.

Well i never! the bloody things been empty for 3 years, knock the whole thing down and build another big pool for all of the 4 blocks to use.

Karen has got our vote for against this management company.

Come on who else has bought in block 9, there are at least 20 apartments still empty.
