breakdown recovery

Completed on M14.32 and 14.33 this morning!  Should have happened a couple of weeks ago, but when our solicitor, who has Power of Attorney, went to the Notary's office to sign, Masa advised him that we had to pay another 500 euros as tax on each property.  As we weren't out there, there wasn't a lot he could do about it, so completion was delayed until today.  Water and electricity won't be connected to next week, but as we aren't out there it doesn't really matter.

If you could collect the keys it would be much appreciated, and I shall ask The Forge to contact you ASAP so they can measure up for grills.  Hope your completion goes according to plan next week.

We are coming over weekend 2nd/5th May to sort everything out, so if anyone is around then, please pop in and say hello.

Did you get your habitation licence, or are you still waiting for it?  Can't seem to get any info about when M14 will get them.

No sign of the Habitation Certificate, and no info on when it may appear!  After waiting nearly 4 years we decided to go ahead without it.

Well done on signing we ahve just been out since signing and the HOUSE is now a home with the help from our new Sierra Golf friends. 

We met many missed some. But as when talking to other owners who have taken the plunge and gone ahead. The site will only develop as more people are takling ownership of their properties, if people don't take possession then this is an excuse for the developer to delay. More people means more use and pressure to get things finished.   

It is a risk and we had nightmares about taking possession and when we first saw the site after 18 months wait, in beginining of January 08 thought we had made the biggest mistake ever, this is our equity and thirty years of marriage and work invested. Now after our holiday (working) last week there making the house a home and the wonderful welcome and meeting so many lovely people, we know it was the best thing ever and in few uyears time will look back and wonder why we worried.

It is the BEST, and what makes it is the people we met. That is something money cannot buy, The one thing we share as owners on Sierra Golf.
