i have been using a very good mortgage broker, they have dealt with everything and also have a good solicitor, I am due to complete on 30th June, Jardine 13 and I am doing everything by power of attorney, my broker has organised pretty well everything, I certainly haven't had to chase up banks etc for the best deal as they have advised me on all the best deals around. They have an office just outside Birmingham and one in Murcia. The company is called murcia mortgages
