If like me you have no bank guarantee and you are wanting to cancel your contract i have finally found with a little bit of help from others a Spanish Solicitor based in England who is confident he can deliver a refund. Estimated costs are suprisingly low and would be lower with a joint action. Joining forces would also present a stronger case in court.

I can only second that Ken and have met him in person. Really helpful and for once I do believe there is a chance to get somewhere for those who are in a vulnerable position. It makes no sense to do things individually
