No More Fresh Cooked School Dinners in Andalucia

We have been affected by the recent "credit crunch" and so decided to ask for our deposit back. Our lawyer has just returned an eMail which says "I have requested your money back from them. However, because the company is bankrupt, it is being run by an official metigator, he is not keen to return any money as a refund. We should be prepared for the case you will not be able to get your money back." Serious panic time for us I'm afraid. Has anyone else heard this news? Are we to believe what we are being told, or are we just dealing with another crap lawyer who might have their own agenda? Any comments or advice would be greatly appreciated at this late stage

We have known for a long time now that the development was under the control of the Judicial Administrator and  those of us who requested our refunds back in 2006 have been
 waiting anxiously for it to materialise.

 I would double check with your lawyer as this is not the same information we are getting and also not in line with what Spanish Buyer has
been told. I’m assuming we will have a better idea this month as Spanish Buyer is scheduled to sign his paperwork.  We have been advised by our lawyers when the judicial administrator starts
to receive final payments refunds will then start to be issued.
