Any Advice please ?!

As a lot of us buying on veranda have now been told we can complete our purchases from may 23rd, has anybody sorted out their mortgage and have had a valuation done for this , if so , did they come in still at the purchase price or have they increased or even decreased in value. We are in the process of applying for our mortgage in spain and are hoping to complete in June.

Hi we are in the same situation, but havnt had valuation done yet. We just got mortgage approval today from our spanish broker, so will be sorting it all out in the next few weeks, but like you would be really interested if anybody has had a valuation done. It is a bit worrying that Keymare have dropped their prices on Thalassa, dont know how that will affect us on Veranda.
