17 and 18, we want to move to spain, help!?

HI All

We completed Aug 07 and have still been fighting to get our snags corrected.  The two main ones were that the air con was not working properly (apparently now fixed) and the fact that there was no window/extractor fan/ventilation in our small bathroom.  We have a 2 bed apartment and would love to hear from any other owners of the same type of property as to whether or not they have adequate ventilation in their apartments.  I can believe that a bathroom would be built without any  ventilation whatsoever, surely this would lead to damp problems??

We don't have any ventilation in our small bathroom & it gets used each time we are there & I haven't noticed excessive condensation.

We have a two bed appt and no fan in either bathroom too. Does anybody have one ??

We don't have a fan in the ensuite bathroom but there is a small window that opens onto the utility area & I usually leave that open for a while after the shower has been running.

Hi all,

We too put on our snags that extractors were missing from the small bathroom.  After  insisting that it is not a problem, Val put one in himself, bringing it all from the uk.  We are on the top floor so we had ducting in the grid that is in the ceiling.  The electricity was taken from the bathroom light.  So it comes on when the light is switched on.
