Can anyone send me a PM with a good independent lawyer - we are using one recommended by company that sold us property and would like independent advice on cancelling our contract - I have seen earlier threads this may be possible to do - one around Mojacar area would be ideal - we are visiting next week and staying on Al Andaulus Resort so any that are easy to get to prefarbly one that somebody has used in past. where & who did you buy from
what happens to your deposite
Have you tried to downsize your apartment with the developer, we are going to give it a go.
