After hearing what was said at Birmingham on Sunday by Irvin Mitchell law firm, has anybody decided to go with them and try to get their money back ?

We were wondering the same.  I havent seen any Report and no 'general' advise other than make sure your a registered Creditor.  All we really read was the costs? Did we miss something?

WARREN mitchell costs are v high and in excess of what is laid down in spanish law. ask other solicitors they are not charging 10% of your deposit

We are definitely NOT going with them.  There were too many shrugged shoulders and 'I don't knows' at the meeting.  They also lost control of the meeting completely several times.  We are going elsewhere - and NOT PSI!
