youtube - advice welcomed

Hi everyone,
Mortgage/Completion permitting, I am planning to go out to the apartment in July (21st - 25th) just to get a few of the basic things sorted prior to our September trip.  Noel is unable to get leave so a friend is coming with me for company.  Just wondering if anyone else is likely to be around at that time or will be rattling around the complex on our own?????????
If for any reason we haven't completed by then, I will be frantically searching for accommodation as I've booked the flights!!!!!

Not to worry!  I'm sure we'll meet up at some stage.
I just hope it's all completed - I think it's likely to be hot too, so let's hope the Air con is all working properly.

Hi Pauline,

We have bought a duplex and had an inspection visit on June 4th, all seemed ok. The place was full of people desperatly cleaning the communal areas, the pool is not in use at the moment as they are waiting for a licence.  We will also probably be there in September.  There are already people on the complex who have completed and using their apartments.  Did not get a chance to ask them if they were holiday homes or living there.

Good to hear there are people around the complex, hopefully the pool will be fully operational by July, as it's sure to be quite hot. 
Our September dates are 15th -26th.  Is anyone going to be around then?
