Help! House Falling Down!

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know of decent reasonably priced builders in the Xativa area of Valencia, I think my house is very unwell and needs some TLC, any ideas would be welcome, I don't mind if they are Spanish, English, or other as long as they don't mess me about.

are you sure it's legal?. It might just be cutting out the middle man and pulling itself down?

Also don't forget to get all your licences for the renovations/home improvements.

Apparently Town Halls are on the alert these days and imposing fines to get some cash in - even have people driving around looking for skips etc

I wonder if your house is not legal do you then also have to apply for licence to renovate etc?

He only came on asking for a local builder! Now his house is illegal it's self demolishing and there's local council enforcers around every corner.

Lets hope he's got no rope or sharp implements to hand.....................

I'm sure he'll be able to find some in the rubble!
