Hi Lady Barra. I like your preferred rent ambitions. I wish you all the luck in the world. Have your tried Eye on Spain 'rentals'? I did and was most impressed. Especially in areas not too far away from you. Attractive modern 2-bed apartments from €300pm plus bills. You would need a car of course. Golf urbanisations.
It hardly seems to be worthwhile buying these days; deposits and mortgages markedly higher than rentals. Then there's the other advantages such as 'drop of the hat' mobility. Good luck and best wishes. Mike
