Can you tell me what happens if my husband and I died, and our property hadn't been paid for what would happen.
Our Sons are in our wills in Spain and we have a mortgage here, if they couldn't afford the property, would they have to sell any property they inherited in England to cover it, and if the bank took it back would they be liable for any fees to the Bank.
Also what happens if children don't have the money to pay inheritance tax, i hear its quite high amount.
