Car tax 2013

I have just received my car tax bill for 2013 from Cartagena Murcia an increase of 16 cents to 68.16 euros from 2012 How can Spain expect to recoup some of the its loses with this attitude?
 

Good for Spain, makes a change to hear that a country ain't ripping of the motorist for every penny it can like the UK is doing every day.

For the record if you haven't taxed a car in the UK recently the car tax seems to go up every year by a fiver, guess when? April fools day.

Yes baz that would be ok but if scubamike moved up here he would probably find that his car tax would treble! It varies from local council to local council. Even the ITV test varies hugely in cost depending upon wher you live: There's no hope whilst all this stays the same.
