3G in Spain

Hi all. A friend is going to Spain and staying in a house without internet connection and in an area without broadband. He wants to know if he can get a 3G connection in that scenario. Any ideas?

Not much information there on where they are going or what network they are using but, Yes, 3g is available throughout Spain. Have a look at cell.wikia.com. it gives coverage by region and network.
