Just for information
Last week I bought a pair of Nike Air Pegasus 83 trainers. At El Cortes Ingles. There were on offer at 49 euros, reduced from 70 euros.
The first time I wore them it rained and I found that the wet grip was incredibly bad. I might add that for over 30 years I have been a keep fit runner, so I have a lot of experience with trainers over that time.
Yesterday I returned the shoes. They initially said that the shoes were ‘normal’ and that trainers were not for use on wet surfaces !
I showed them that I had a ‘ complaint form’ which I had completed on the internet and downloaded. The salesman went off and had chat with ‘someone’ and the refund was made. He said it was very unusual that a refund would be made in the same circumstances.
I returned them as being 'unfit for purpose.'
