What ever you decide ( DO NOT BY A SPANISH REGISTERED CAR IN THE UK ) and think all you need to do now is get it back to Spain and register it that is when the trouble starts.

The above is only true if 1, you don't have the complete paperwork and 2, the vehicle has debts registered to it. Both can be checked prior to buying.
