Bringing my car over for a few months thinking of getting cover from these guys http://www.driverguardian.co.uk/1-years-full-european-breakdown-insurance.aspx

From their T&C's 

The trip must not be longer than 30 days in a row, or not more than 90 days in total 
during the Period of Insurance. 

 

No doubt they would want to see ferry/ tunnel tickets to back up a claim
