UberPop drivers and pax are covered by a better insurance policy that most taxi drivers around the world, from the moment the fare is accepted by the app. There is nothing to suggest that Uber cars aren't maintained to a similar standard as regular taxis.

There has been no suggestion that the UberPop taxis aren't maintained properly, however I wouldn't be so sure of Jack the lads old banger.
