I see that Atlas is advertising of plan property for sale in Spain again personally I would not advise anyone to buy a off plan property you have got to take you're hat off to this company they have what I would call a brass neck when you take into consideration the thousand's of people that have been ripped off by Spanish builders ** **
Lesson 1 if it's not built walk away no matter the bullshite thay give you.
Lesson 2 if it is built make sure the pavements and roads are finished the Spanish builder has a tendency not to finnish what was paid for and go in to bankruptcy at that point.
Lesson 3 if the site it is completed make sure you engage a good independent lawyer and you get the Deeds /Habitation cert / and proof of no outstanding Dept's owning /and no denouncer out standing.
