Help - looking to move to south of Spain

Hi please can anyone forward me any helpful hints or advice looking to move to south of Spain with my partner and 2 small dogs . Looking for a 3 bedroom minimum 

how did you get there ? Any tips Re paper work etc 

will brexit affect this ?

where is a good area with expats

If you are after a relatively quiet loaction, relatively cheap to live and with , some would say just about enough, Expats so that it maintains a Spanish feel, then have a look at East Almeria-Mojacar area to San Juan de Los Terreros. Property prices offer good value. The location has featured on Place in the Sun a few times recently and you will be able to see them on catch up

You did not say whether you are looking to rent or buy or how you would support yourselves ,or your age if you can answer these 3 questions it would help.with the replies you get.

Vague questions will only bring vague replies, like "San Juan de Los Terreros is nice" (I'm sure it is, by the way!)

"how did you get there?" What does this really mean? What is it you want to know (I'm guessing not which flights people took!)

"Any tips Re paper work etc" Have you found out anything about residency requirements, healthcare, employment etc. yet? There's mountains of information in previous threads here, but if you ask more specific questions you'll get more and better replies.

"will brexit affect this ?" Brexit hasn't happened yet, and at the moment the truth is nobody knows how it will affect things for Brits wishing to relocate to Spain. But yes, it almost certainly will affect things in some ways.
