Do over 65 years old folks have to pay capital gains tax when selling Spanish property owned for more than 16 years?

If you are a resident and you are over 65 years old and have been living as a tax resident in the same, permanent home in Spain for more than three years then you are exempt from paying Spanish capital gains tax on it.
