Flight prices to Corvera
The Comments |
RYR seem to be keeping the prices down on flights to Murcia International. 2x return flights are £70 from Luton in March. Strange how we can do a 3000 mile return flight for that much, yet the couple of hundred km airport shuttle we will book will cost more.

I reckon the airlines are currently trying to make an early effort to establish market share at Corvera.
EasyJet have some excellent prices and are increasing the number of daily flights - some peak times are amazingly well priced (incl £20 one way, £ 70 return end of June) on my run from LGW. A lot better than 2018, long may it continue.
I don't have RyanAir as an option, which is not a problem.

Easyjet don't fly from Luton to Murcia. Ryanair now flying from Luton to Murcia is better than having to go from Stansted for me. Still, 100€ return for 2 persons to near Mojacar is still better than having to hire a car .

Just seen the latest financials - big operating loss, the worst set of figures for years. They blame lots of things, including too much capacity in the short haul market and Brexit (of course) - no hint that part must be that they've peed off their customer for too many years.
But yes, they're another Marmite job - you either love them or hate them.
