Business Non_Profit Cheque Account closed at Solbank in 2019

Good Morning

Our President & Vice-Presdident closed a Business Non-Profit Cheque Account at SolBank during 2019 and was paid out in Cash.. The bank refused to give us a closing Statement. How do we now go about demanding this Closing Staement from this Bank as required by the New Treasurer of this Business Organisation.

You will need a court order. To obtain the court order you will need to prove to the judge that you are entitled to the closing bank statement. Alternatively if substantial funds have been embezzled you should report the matter to the police serious crime squad.

No Funds have been embezzled or stolen . All has been accounted for. The only question  that I was asking was, if the Bank refjuses to give you a closing statement, what  action or recourse do we have to still obtain it from them. Legally can the Bank refuse to give us a statement if both signatories were at the Bank when the  money was withdrawn.
