Ceramic tile marks.
The Comments |
I've been doing some tile grout renovation. Once dried off I was using a stainless steel scraper to take off the excess from the ceramic faces. However, a bit of exuberance has left me with a few tiles having some grey/silver scuff like marks. I've used rubbing vigour and some hopusehold liquids to no avail.
Anyone got some magic liquid type stuff that works?
Ta.

Hi john,
Thanks for that. Never thought to google it, the font of 99.9% knowledge.
Looks a bit involved but I'll have to do it because it's a revamped bathroom!
Un saludo!

Gazzerb, I did pretty much the same but only on one large tile, quite bad mark as well, got it of with Compound paste, the stuff you rub car paint down with, suggest you try it on a small corner of a / the tile first, damp cloth not wet, circular motion, not to heavy, all my marks came of very easy and good.
Hope this helps you.
