Rent in Spain

Hi
I wonder why I do not get an answer when I apply for an apartment in Costa Del Sol? I have contacted several people who whant to rent out Apartment on this site (ThinkSpain)over a long period of time but no answer!! 

If you are not a resident of Spain you might find it very difficult to rent short or long term  especially if you are British ..try the holiday rental market for rentals of 90 days or less.

My bridge partner is Norwegian and can argue and ridicule both her partner and the opponents in English and Spanish fluently.

If Mort1 is looking for an apartment in CDS he/she should be able to speak one of them.

The problem is the price differences between the regular rental market and the Holiday Rental market. Although I may not rent for more than one to two months, it will be more expensive to rent at the Holiday Rental market. Since I also plan to work there and have to rent an office as well. But if it's as difficult as you say then I may have to rent at the Holiday rental market.
