Good morning,

At the beginning of covid (July 2020) and unbeknown to 50% of the vote, a new community of owners was established behind our back.

This has turned out to be a conflicted and collaborative arrangement by the two Spanish owners. Obviously working out in their best interests.

Unfortunately only 4 owners is not ideal so a lot of manipulation of the agenda and subsequent minutes is being carried out.

Only 50% voted on this new community of owners, while the other 50% had no idea this meeting and administrator existed.

This admin says he plasced notice in the post box, when we arrived on the island there was no notice in our mailbox. This admin also never took the opportunity to send us a direct email telling us of this meeting, the outgoing president had our full contact details. 50% was deliberately excluded from the vote in order for the Spanish to get their own preferred guy in.

Even if we knew of this meeting there were zero flights due to covid. Fully excluding us meant Zoom etc was not an option either.

There is a huge catalogue of wrongdoings by this collaboration.

How can we firstly void the minutes of the meeting 2020?

Further issues of concern;

Installing charging facilities in communal area for disabled bikes and forcing owners to pay for the operational year round use (electricity) without a single meeting taking place. According to LPH this is illegal.

Presidents family illegally entering peoples apartments and then denying us access to CCTV to save the recordings.

President illegally taking away peoples voting rights. Derrama agreed in order to pay for repairs to roof. 8 months given to pay the amount. Because owners had not paid anything by the next meeting they used this to take away all votes apart from president. So long as is paid by the agreed period should be no problem.

In order to stop me asking for access to CCTV, the president took away my VP role and gave it to his niece who is not an owner. In my absence of this meeting and the fact they give us 7 days notice to attend meeting they do everything they can to manipulate decisions.

denied us audio of meetings after we accused them of misrepresenting the decisions of agenda in the minutes.

Denied zoom meetings.

Many more issues. The big one in beginning is no Double Majority. Need to void the minutes.

From day one the aim is to take away our voice and involvement in community related matters.

If it's just you that's complaining or you are part of a very small number of owners that are not happy with the way your  Community is  being run .. whilst the vast majority of the community of owners are happy with the community management.. then the only answer to your problems might be to simply sell up and move on to another urbanisation that is more to your liking.. I have been in the same situation in the past myself through no fault of my own and just simply move on as life is far to short to be unhappy with something that can easily changed.

Only 4 owners. The point is they did not achieve a double majority to set up the community. They deliberately did not inform 50% of the vote about this potential new community of owners.

Is it not a legal requirement according to LPH Spain that a double majority has to be achieved? 

I know what you're saying about moving on, but we like this place and we're not a defeatist. We'll try everything first.
