Looking to move to Zurgena, Almeria any advice on AFO or DAFO

Hi All,
I’m looking to purchase a property in Zurgena, Almeria area. I am looking for information regarding the AFO / DAFO. I’ve been advised I may not need this because the property have the mains water & electricity supplied already but just want to be on the safe side.

Great area -been going to the area between Mojacar and Aguilas for 19 years and owned a property for 15 years -just get a good lawyer -all much more transparent now
even if the property hasn't all the paperwork it is possible to get it through an Antiquity Certificate which is not expensive
but do not buy without full paperwork-
