Is it me or is it quiet in here?.................

I am dashing off to UK on Wednesday and Peter's son has chosen tomorrow to make an appearence so I am running round like the preverbial blue a***d fly trying to sort it all out!!

Trouble is, no one seems to know where the cooker is..................so had big cook-in and froze loads so the poor dears don't starve!! Come to think of it, no one seems to know where the washer, vaccum, duster...................................................( ring a bell anyone?? )

Sooooooooooooooo that's why I have been missing.

Maybe there is a guaranteed rental but in order to be able to offer that I suspect they load it onto the PP. Have come across agents/developers doing the same thing before - oooh wonderful they cry but if yiou dig deep enough you can unearth them for sale at 15 to 20% less without the guarantee - I am not talking about this specific development by the way - of course the other alternative is they go bust when the development is completed and all sold on and then try exercising your rights -  

Same thing exists with "we will pay your mortgage for the first two years" - it gets loaded into the price so you are actually paying it anyway - no such thing as a free lunch!!
