Yes you are quite correct - but I am working like a beaver in between emails !!!
We bought a 2b/2b penthouse at Brisas del Mar last October. It will not be completed until May 2008. But judging by all your emails, Id say completion wont be until July/Aug. Its a nice Spanish town but it is also near Benijofar and Rojalas so it has a good variety of cultures.

Job done !! Ive got an ID - yipee!
Thats why we picked formentera so that we would have a decent supply of bars restaurants etc. Plus we also get a mercadona on the complex.
Your place looks really nice ! Is it on the rojalas- Guardamar road ?
