Break-ins common in new builds?

i am in orihuela costa, would you know anyone that can change the lock from outside please

You need to open the door to change the lock but a good locksmith will be able to open the door first
Often with a new development the people that break in are quite smart and will normally wait til 1 yera to 18 months before breaking in using a copy of a a key so tes you should always change the locks
