Paying Taxes

Can someone help me? I had a property in Spain, which has now been handed back to the bank via Decion En Pago, for one reason or another I have not paid my wealth tax from 2007.

Can someone tell me if there is a finacial penalty for this and how much, and can anyone reccomend a Fiscal Rep that can sort this out for me.

Last point what would happen if I just walked away and forgot about it, as I have not been contacted by anyone regarding this matter.

Mainly because the property has been handed over to the Bank I would talk to the Treasure on non payment of this Wealth tax and will fulfill those obligations before they reach you.
