For the rest of 2009 there are certainly lots of good buyes.....ready now where builders are advertising good discounts!.....when they see the ' whites of your eyes' and see that you are serious, that's the time to make an offer!!
Re sales where the seller is realistic and depressed sales...all giving the life style buyer a great opportunity to get a good buy
And of course ' any prices stated on the internet is open to offers'
For sellers who do not need to sell, then the general good advice is not to and just sit tight until this recession is over
The 'Inspection Trip' way of buying is now ' past it's sell buy date'!!...best to get on a plane and have a look yourself
Most will pick an agent from a web search but no agent has all the good deals so talk to a few ...we all like to think we can find you the best deals [ bbspanishproperties also!!] , but real time is that no agent has them all...like many profesional agents we can help you arrange to look without taking over your life when in Spain!!
