Got home tonight and we were astonished when we were greeted by what looked like a massive fire on Estepona Mountain.

Anyone got any info?

Yes, it's still burning away.  The planes are still flying around this morning dropping water in the area.

I have repositioned the web cam and you can just make out the fire to the left of the mountain in the picture.

Check out the web cam

Justin

The fire is out now ... thankfully no-one lost any property. however, many trees were destroyed and probably lots of small animals and wildlife perished

Apparently the fire was started intentionally!  Anyway - big thanks to all involved who helped extinguish it
