Does anyone have reliable information on the situation regarding Torrevisa applying for administration?

We have a solvency report of the company dated September the 14th 2009 and it does not look like it, the rate of solvency risk is medium low. It is true that solvency seems to be decreasing but still not bad.

rowlands:

If you type Torrevisa-Masa into google you will see dozens of references to this company applying for administration.

Have a look at the following which seems to set out the situation:

I was aware of the reports but previous post on this thread seems to question this fact [ see below]

Lets hope that they come out of administration in due course and complete any unfinished buildings

Hi does anyone know if Torrevisa-Masa, Procumasa, and Procobar Masa are all subsidiary companies of Grupo Masa?

M11block:

There was a thread here about Grupo Masa but I can't find it now, but I do remember a statement saying that Torrevisa-Masa are not part of Grupo Masa. Masa international is a sales company, Grupo Masa are builders. Don't know about the other companies.

Hi. MASA International and Grupo Masa are two companies not related to eachother. Grupo Masa is a builder, headquartered in Alicante, and MASA International is a real estate agency headquartered in Torrevieja.

As far as I know from reliable sources, MASA International finantial situation is solid, with low expenses and a good number of sales every month.
