hi all
just heard that completion has been delayed AGAIN for another two months, has anybody been given a refund yet, is there anything we can do to get our money out of this nightmare??

" I would like to update you regarding your cancellation with AUREUS and the news I have to bring you unfortunately, is that the Occupation Licence is in, but since this is a apart hotel they need an administrator to control this activity, and there is where the delay now is. They have not found an administrator at the moment and for that reason they do not get the Activity Licence and cannot complete for the clients who wants to go ahead.
They are working hard to get an administrator for this, for being able to complete and get fund in to the developers account again.
Therefore I am sorry to say, but there will be more delay regarding getting back you funds. I understand you completely and you will get your funds back, but it is the matter of time again and I completely understand your feelings that this is not fear!
I do not know if you understand, but this is not anything we can control and the matter of time getting back your funds is in the hand of the court and this activity licence

With all my respect to my colleague who wrote it, that sounds pretty strange.
Are you aware of the development having the Touristic License?
I would advise you to go direct to cancellation against Aureus ( in the person of their current Judicial Administrators). We have reached nowhere in our previous attempt for cancellation through Judicial Administrators and therefore have decided to go in a cancellation action against them. Please let us know if you even need more advise.
