I've just had an e-mail from Maria in the completions department asking if every was in place for us signing on the 27th and if I had any questions,
so i've asked here about the lights outside and sent some very nice pictures of lights, will wait and see what I get back.

Paul that is just too funny - love to be a fly on the wall in PW offices when she shouts everyone to look.

I wonder if the people in the show apartments got the terracota lights? The place would have a whole different feel if we all went for the gothic look!

Hi Jan & Mike,
Re: Delaying completion..... We have had to enquire about delaying the completion date due to a medical condition and as far as I know, this is the only reason PW will accept to delay completion.
A letter from a doctor is needed to show them as proof of a medical condition. Regards. Geoff.

I must admit though it would be nice if Polaris world supplied all the same, save us monies! And some of the things I saw that people have put on their walls well ummm (say no more)

Yes it would!! i think i will wait and see! I would prefer to be provided with them than have to buy them! I have enough to buy on the inside to light up blackpool!!!
Watch this space as im out there next week!!

I have fitted my own outside, as assumed they were not being provided - but must admit it would be good to have consistency - though as I am also in Jardin 13 not sure about Paul's gargoyles!!
On the inside - 11 is correct. However, I put recessed spots in the bedrooms and bathroom, which give plenty of light and were 10€ for 3 in IKEA. You could probably do similar in the other rooms, so potentially lighting the whole inside for 40€.

Isnt this just a pain for everyone. Clearly they havent put up outside lights and our info has been they wont other than in the show garden- then we hear they might! If they now do that and you've paid to have your own fitted I for one wouldnt be best pleased. All these bits cost enough anyway. But its just another case of misinformation- I truly think things have been lost in translation. The chest of drawers-'you will have these in your apartment' clearly just meant you can have these in your apartment-- for a price: it would be good to think this wasnt the case with the outside lights..

We went round the Jardines de Alhama site on Weds July 2nd and were shown round by Polaris sales rep Andrea. She said that the outside lights on the front of the properties would be supplied by PW, as they wanted them all to have a uniform look. Bulbs would not be provided !
