Hi Folks.
             We have bought on Jardines 13. We are due to sign up on the 27th June. I have asked Polarisworld if the habitation certificate would be ready
for that date?  As yet no reply.  Has anyone completed on Jardines 13 yet?  If so have you had any problems getting this certificate?

Due to complete Tomorrow but no habitation certificate  town council doing them in batches which do match completion dates so some could already be through for later cpmpletions
