We have just heard that tomorrow 4 new show apartments will be opening on the resort of Los Naranjos on the Condado de Alhama complex tomorrow, 17th June. The apartments will be of the Jardines style, similar to those Polaris already has open in Los Jardines de Alhama. The new show apartments highlight the speed of construction going on across the whole site and the new show apartments will also give clients more of an insight into the area where the Los Naranjos resort is located. Given the construction still going on, visitors will have to be accompanied to the site from the main Condado sales office, which is also due to open within the next couple of days as it relocates from the temporary office, and go across to the new apartments. 17 Jun 2008 6:42 AM by JHMurcia . 753 forum posts Send private message When we visited a furniture pack company on Saturday the rep was saying that rumour is that all the present releases on Condado will be far far head of original completion expectations. Apparently there have been 9000 workers on site in recent weeks and Polaris are working well ahead of schedule which means these furniture compnies have to be on the ball to be able to match demand that they expected to be paced out differently. _______________________ Jan & Mike 0 Like Spam post or Abuse? Do you think maybe that because the Jardines is near enough complete, they are thinking about taking the show homes away from there now, so that jardine 12 isn't besieged with visitors all the time? - Is it just me, or does anyone else find it strange that with the whole sight coming on so fast that the photos have dried up? I would have thought that all the agents would have been trigger happy at moment getting all the up to date photos. They have 2 upstairs apartments and 2 downstairs ( 1 x 3 bed and the other with the 3rd bed converted into dining area for those purchasing on Mirador). I'll leave the photos for Emma to provide, I have a few but only got back today and I was more interested at catching a glimpse at Jardin 4. No grass yet, apartments all finished externally - we couldn't get that good a look due to security and all the diggers and workmen working. 0 Like Spam post or Abuse? Please let us know

As caroberts says below they are in garden 5, when I was last over at easter this garden was no where finished in fact the only ones that looked close then were gardens one and two, goes to show how fast things are moving. She also told me that they expect to start the handovers in AUGUST, but couldn't tell me which gardens would be first. Looking forward to some piccies if anyone has made the trip? The new apartment had a normal sink which runs from the floor, I think Polaris are trying to stop any further complaints. 0 Like Spam post or Abuse? Please let us know
