Hi Folks,
Just uploaded a few shots of phase I pool and gardens taken yesterday evening (thanks to Bernard for letting me take some from his roof terrace).
I know there are a lot of people wondering how things are going and this now seems to be the last major item on phase I. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . unless you know different.

Dont know if you read about snagging, but with you being out there have you heard anything about no sinks and shower fittings as sent in by KP. Can you check out the post on snagging and investigate if you can please, as i will contact my solicitor ASAP if this is the case. Cheers

I have no knowledge of anyone not having sinks etc. They are included. It would appear that some people have seen their properties before final completion and these items were not present at that time - they will be.
Chinese Whispers and Internet Forums have a lot in common!

Ive been in several houses on cdp now and all have had sinks, and ll i must say been finished very nicely, there have been a few snags which ive pointed out to people so if anyone is over and wants some ideas on what they shouldbe looking for then please get in touch and ill be happy to oblige. If i get some time (probably unlikely with the amount of people we have coming and going now its summer) ill try and compile a list and post it here.
