came back thursday from San Juan after our first proper holiday there and first time in the summer and it was faboulos! the weather was great the sea was clear and the beeches were lovely. we stayed in one of Richard and Ava Clarkes villas and it was gorgous they couldnt do enough for us and were very proffesional. The development was so different from last October and all the houses now are built and some are painted as far down as phase 4. but we were shocked after travelling all that way to see it all fenced off like fort knox all the way round from top to bottom up to 100 yards away from the houses exept along the top phase 1 were you can stand and see them even the side roads by market car park you cant get up, and down beverly hills side they are starting the bungalows. on moday we went to see the show house, after waiting almost 1/2 hour for some one to give the key over we went up it is lovely inside( youve seen the photos) but we wanted to see a 2 bed so while she was talking to some one I walked a couple of doors down and went in the kitchen door of one they were working in, the kitchen is a lovely size really spacious, there are 2 double wall cupbourds and 2 single, all on the one wall over cooker, one of the single has an opaque door. under the middle one there is a discreet cooker hood which slides out and lights up (comes with house), these are all white. at bottom there is 2 double and 1 single base units and 1 set of draws with a gap for dishwasher and oven all in brown, the plinths are silver, as are all handles. worktop is off white, kitchen door has glass panels. we asked to see the 2 bed show house so back down we went only to be told it wasnt ready and come back thursday (home day). went back thursday and waited again only to be told no you cant see it the head bloke doesnt like the furiture and the curtains!!!! " but weve allready brought one" doesnt matter, you can come back tommorow, ( bit of a long way) luckily on the Sunday night we had been out for a walk down beverly hills side and there was a gap in the fence so in we went, it was eerie in there and so quiete, i was so hoping there wasnt a big dog runnig around, we walked around went in a few 2 beds, the lounge area seems much bigger than you imagine and the shower room all the tiling is good quality. we even found our own house! in phase 8 north side, it had the numer sprayed on it. it was all built and fully tiled the main bedroom feels really big, the wardrobe fills the one wall and has a boxed off pipe one end so it gives you a bit of an alcove in there. the bath was in (very dinky) and shower tray in downstairs. it was great to be in our own house, the stairs were not in just the concrete, roof terrace tiled and door on, we even had a sea veiw. went and had a look at phase 1 pool that was just a brick shell but good size with a smaller round pool next to it, our luck ended and the security guard whistled us, He was great though he was smilling and watched us go. so now I am glad we went in as i would have been dissapointed, because they dont care how far you go the bloke in charge wouldnt give an inch. We were told it should be December ours will be ready . hope this helps anyone. Sharon
